Currency preference
When you choose a currency, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. You can change it with either currency selector or clear the preference by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Gemstone selections
Favourites are saved to your buyer account in our database so you can access them across sessions and devices. Administrators can view the gemstones you save. You can remove favourites from your account at any time.
Cart and checkout
Your cart is saved to your buyer account. Checkout sends your selected gemstones, contact details and delivery preferences to our team. Request conversations are stored with your account and can be read by you and authorised administrators. Submitting a request reserves the selected gems and removes them from saved carts and favourites. Contact-form enquiries are also stored so the team can respond.
Enquiry form
Submitting the enquiry form sends your name, contact details, subject and message to our server. The team stores and reviews your enquiry to respond to you. Only provide details relevant to your enquiry.
