Requesting a return
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an item. It must be unworn or unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact the team before returning an item; unsolicited returns are not accepted.
Return delivery
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Use delivery cover appropriate to the value of your gemstone. The buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches the seller.
Damage and exceptions
Check your order on arrival and report damaged, defective or incorrect items promptly. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected before approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card provider. Contact the team for help with an existing purchase.
